Design Notes
The idea of fusing SpyTag and SpyCatcher on the N-terminus and C-terminus, respectively, on the enzyme RsAs enables the fusion protein to catalyze glucosyl transfer in higher temperature than one where the reaction normally happens.

The SpyTag/SpyCatcher system is a derivative of CnaB2 domain of Streptococcus pyogenes. RsAs comes from the genome of Rauvolfia serpentina.
